Good day!
It is raining a week now so we almost forgot that it is summertime.
So maybe that is why i chose this bright paper for my next project.
One of my good friends is getting married in the end of the month. And she asked me to make the invitations for her hen-party. The main theme should be sea and pirates.
So i came up with this criss-cross card:
I used cute Pearl Tilda from Summer Memories Collection. I am in love with this stamp!
My friend asked me to make the invitation more-less simple. So i tried to keep it this way. But i could not resiste the temptation to try new DooHickey's Dies. They were just perfect for this project!
The inner part:
As the pirates should be the part of the evening i decided to add a balck spot. The idea is that girls should use it to get to the party. I made a hole in the Oyster With Pearl image and placed the black spot there. So it became a pearl and for the other hand it can be easily taken out when needed:
And all six invitations:
That's all for now. Thanks for stopping by!
